I’ve always been passionate about closing the gender pay gap and putting more money into the hands of women.
I work with bright, talented, capable women every day. Women who are burned out from the capitalistic structures of traditional work environments. Women who were forced to quit their high-paying jobs so they can take care of their children. Women who work more than 40 hours each week, earn a six-figure salary, and still live paycheck-to-paycheck. Women who have to use their vacation time to have surgery.
Actually, that last one was me. During a critical time in my business, I found out I had to have a hysterectomy. And during my recovery, I had so many realizations and ah-ha moments that reinforced my belief that owning a business is a critical path for women who want to build wealth and own their schedules.
I realized that even though I took three weeks off from my business, it kept going because of the support of a few women from my Mastermind. I had a community to lean on, and my clients continued to receive support and value from guest experts. Women should be focused on healing and recovery, not worried about how they’ll pay their bills. With my business, I continued to get paid even though I took necessary time off for my recovery.

Bright Space Coaching Gives Back

Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t have much of a business idea yet. Should I wait to enroll?
Please don’t! You’ll lose so much money along the way. You can spend years putting in your time, competing with thousands of other coaches, or you can position yourself as an A-Lister right from the start. But to do that, you need systems. You need support. You need upleveled offerings and pricing. And yes, you’ll learn all of that in Spark Society.
Is this another online course that I’ll open once and never look at again?
I hope not! First, it’s not an online course. It’s an immersive group coaching program where you’ll meet weekly with other women business owners who have the same goals and dreams you do. In fact, you’ll probably spend less time in the course material and more time getting coaching and feedback. The curriculum is there to support you, not get in the way of your progress.
What kind of time commitment are we looking at?
The weekly group calls are 90 minutes each. You’ll also need to set aside time each week to review the course material and complete the reflection exercises. This is sacred time for you, so set aside what you need to fully immerse yourself in your personal development.
I’ve never made an investment like this before, and I’m scared.
The good news is that - you’re on the right track! Fear is a normal response to doing something big and scary for the first time. One thing that helps me is to reframe big fears like this. When I invest in a coaching program, I’m investing in myself. I know I’m worthy of the time spent developing myself, understanding my strengths, and building trust in myself.
