Hey there, I’m Jessica!

After battling burnout at work and depression after a medical trauma, I knew I wanted to disrupt the healthcare industry - but I couldn’t do it alone. I created the Mind-Body METHOD™ to help women outsmart overwhelm, optimize their health, and reignite their spark by looking at stress through a lifestyle medicine lens.

Through this lens, we focus on prevention over pills, mindfulness over productivity, and well-being rather than disease.
